Move to Cyprus in the right order.
Residency, company, tax position — then the property. I advise international families, founders and investors on the whole sequence, honestly, from twenty years inside the Cyprus market.
Four decisions, one sequence.
Permanent residency
EU permanent residence under Regulation 6(2) — one €300,000 investment, the whole family, typically approved in two to six months.
Business relocation
Moving a company to Cyprus after the 2026 reform — 15% corporate tax, 5% dividends, 0% for non-doms, and the caveats that matter.
Tax & the non-dom regime
What the 0% genuinely covers, what it never covered, and how the regime survived the reform intact — explained without the hype.
Life in Cyprus
Schools, healthcare, safety, sun — and the honest caveats. The five real reasons families choose Cyprus, and whether they apply to yours.
One advisor, the whole picture.
I have worked in Cyprus real estate since 2004 and founded Cyprino in 2015. My role is not to sell you a programme — it is to help you see the full sequence, ask better questions, and coordinate the lawyers, accountants and specialists who execute each part. If Cyprus is not right for you, I will say so.
I would rather tell you Cyprus is wrong for you than sell you the wrong move.
From first call to settled life.
Conversation
One confidential call. Your situation, your goals, and whether Cyprus genuinely fits them.
Structure
Residency route, company form, tax position — decided on paper before a euro moves.
Execution
Lawyers, accountants, banks and property — coordinated in the right order, monitored to approval.
Continuity
Renewals, compliance, and the questions that come after you arrive. The engagement does not end at the permit.
Plainly stated.

What people ask me first
How quickly can my family get Cyprus permanent residency?
With a well-prepared file, most applications under Regulation 6(2) are approved within two to six months. One qualifying investment of €300,000 covers you, your spouse and dependent children.
What did the 2026 tax reform actually change?
Corporate tax rose to 15%, aligning Cyprus with the OECD minimum. In exchange, the dividend defence contribution fell from 17% to 5%, deemed dividend distribution was abolished, and the non-dom regime was confirmed intact. For most owners the total burden on distributed profits went down, not up.
Do I have to live in Cyprus to keep the residency permit?
No. There is no minimum stay requirement — one visit every two years maintains the permit. Tax residency is a separate question, and Cyprus offers a route from as little as 60 days of presence a year.
Is Cyprus in the Schengen Area?
Not yet — and I would rather tell you that plainly than imply otherwise. The technical evaluations are complete and accession awaits the final decision of the EU Council. Cyprus has been a full EU member since 2004.
What does working with you actually involve?
One confidential conversation first. If Cyprus fits, we decide the structure on paper — residency route, company form, tax position — then I coordinate the lawyers, accountants and property specialists who execute it, and stay engaged after you arrive.
How is this site different from Cyprino?
This site is my advisory practice — the decision, the structure, the sequence. Cyprino is my separate, clearly named platform for curated property across Cyprus. Advice first, property second; the two are never mixed.
