I'm Markos Kyprianou — founder of Cyprino and your single point of contact for residency, relocation and property in Cyprus. I run my practice the way I would want to be advised: personally, discreetly, end to end.

From the developer's side of the table to yours
I entered Cyprus real estate in 2004, working for some of the island's largest development companies. Those years taught me how this market really works — how projects get built, how deals get priced, and where the value genuinely sits. It is knowledge you can only earn from the inside.
In 2015 I founded Cyprino to put that knowledge to work for clients instead. Since then I have advised individuals and families from around the world — through the era of the citizenship by investment programme, and today through the permanent residency programme I know inside out.
Over those years I have built something as valuable as the experience itself: a trusted circle of lawyers, accountants and bankers who work with me as one team.
You get one advisor with a full bench behind him — and one person who owns the outcome.

Twenty years, three chapters
2004 — Inside the industry. Started in Cyprus real estate with the island's major development companies, learning the market from the side that builds it.
2015 — Cyprino founded. Established Cyprino as an independent advisory for international clients — property, residency and relocation under one roof.
Today — Private advisory. Advising investors and families from over thirty countries on residency under Regulation 6(2), company relocation, and Limassol's luxury property market.
If Cyprus is not right for your situation, I will tell you in the first call.
An engagement
What you can expect.
What you get
One point of contactYou deal with me, not a rotating cast of account managers
A coordinated benchLawyers, accountants and bankers working as one team, so you never chase anyone
Discretion firstYour affairs are discussed with the professionals who need to know, and nobody else
ContinuityRenewals, compliance and the questions that arrive after you do
What I leave to others
Legal filingsExecuted by licensed Cyprus lawyers, coordinated by me
Tax returns and auditsHandled by licensed accountants who own that work
Banking decisionsIntroductions and preparation from me; the decision sits with the bank
Guarantees nobody can giveApproval timelines, Schengen dates, market movements
Off the clock
Consistently, with a plan, and with good people around me.
Mornings in the gym, padel several times a week, and a serious approach to recovery. It is less a hobby than a habit — and it is the same habit I bring to client work: show up consistently, plan properly, and surround yourself with people who know their part of the job better than you do.
